Day 1

 I rode with Liv on her new bike to Manly Wharf to show her the way and show her where to park it. This initiative will allow he to get herself to the ferry without relying on me to drive her. Her anxiety has held her back from doing this herself for 6 months. Hopefully she will embrace this mode of transport and stick with it, gain confidence and independence.

Personally I'm trying to achieve on the following:

  1. Focus on a goal. Find a purpose - Job, business etc that I can do for the next 3,5,10 years.
  2. Communicate better. I usually don't express myself clearly which often leads to confusion and misunderstandings, particularly with Ali.
  3. Delegate - get the kids organised so they help out more around the house. 
  4. Plan more activities particularly on weekends with friends and with Ali.
  5. Plan a holiday
  6. Reach out to family and friends.
  7. Find some investment Ideas
  8. Be a better man than yesterday - curb my emotions. Stop and think before I act or say something I'll regret. 

  1. This bigger goal is so far eluding me and I'm getting bogged down in day-to-day chores - washing, cooking, cleaning etc. Ideas to date include creating an LIC, Charity, Dog training business - No progress on this today
